The purpose of introducing international trustee services is to eliminate the power of the Corporations Law and force any Plaintiff to bring court proceedings into the trustee’s domestic jurisdiction of choice.

Trustee Services are endemic where specialised Trust structures are introduced to protect and/or remove evidence of a client’s defined beneficial interest, which may have an adverse effect on the client’s legal and/or financial position. In the event of a client being targeted by litigation and/or court related legal challenges relating to the corporations law, prior legal  precedents, the tax office, family court and/or commercial litigation, trustee services can be introduced to live the power of the court and/or domestic law generally.
